BLACK FRIDAY & CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
Please be aware, the Black Friday period and lead up to Christmas is an extremely busy period. We will do all we can to ship your order swiftly. However, in some cases there may be a delay in getting your order to you. We'll keep you updated regularly with the progress of your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
PRE ORDER
Please note, some items from our Black Friday sale are pre order items, due to a small delay in transit to us caused by the on going issues caused by Brexit. Items that are pre order have this stated in the product description. We will aim to have all pre orders shipped within 21 days. In most cases, it will be sooner than this. The shipping service you select and pay for, is the service your pre order will be sent once it arrives into stock. For example, if you select a next day service, your order will be sent on a next day service once it arrives into stock. If you select a 48hr service, your order will be dispatched within 48hrs of stock arriving into the warehouse, and a further 48hrs to arrive with you.
We'll be sure to keep you updated regularly with the progress of your pre order.
Black Friday & Cyber Week are subject to price change and fluctuation, and is ran purely on a promotional basis. For example, one day might be 20% off, another day might be 25% off. The purchase price in which you purchase your items at are final, and the difference cannot be made up or refunded if a price drop occurs.
Any order changes or cancellations must be within 24hrs of placing your order.
DELIVERY METHODS
This delivery policy gives details of the delivery methods, delivery periods and delivery charges that apply to any orders for our products made through our website. This policy is a legally binding document, and forms part of the contract of sale between you and us made under our terms and conditions of sale. Please note; our garments are handcrafted therefore we do not offer refunds on pre ordered items. Pre ordered items may be swapped/exchanged.
PRE ORDER ITEMS. Please allow up to 21 working days for pre order items. In some cases, pre order items will be delivered quicker.
Items that are not pre order will be shipped with 1-2 working days.
We will deliver to the following countries and territories: Worldwide. If the address for delivery of your order is a UK mainland address, then you will be able to select 1st class or 2nd class delivery from the following delivery methods. If the address for delivery of your order is not a UK mainland address, then you will be able to select Worldwide Shipping from the following delivery methods :
Royal Mail (2-5 business days)
DPD UK (1-2 working days)
Worldwide Shipping - DHL Express (1-7 working days)
Delivery charges will be calculated and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process. This table indicates the applicable charges / how charges are calculated for the different delivery methods. All amounts are stated in GBP and are inclusive of VAT. Delivery method Charges:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders placed outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to custom charges / taxes. These charges are tariffs that are set by the country you are importing into and by law must be paid to customs. In the event of this happening, you will receive an invoice for customs and taxes from DHL Express. These fees must be paid directly to DHL Express in order for your consignment to be cleared and processed. We do not cover the cost of import fees currently. By ordering you acknowledge these terms and we cannot be held accountable for these fees.
STORE CREDIT
Store credit must be used within 12 weeks of the issue date. Store credit will expire after 12 weeks and any attempt to use the credit will be void.
COVID-19
We acknowledge we are all experiencing unprecedented times during the COVID-19 pandemic, both us as a business and you as a customer. In the case in which you may have to quarantine and cannot leave the house to return your order, we request that you contact us directly within the 14 day return period at sales@novucollection.com to inform us of your situation and that you return will be late. We do not accept items that are returned to us late due to quarantining without prior notice. This policy is to protect both us as a business and you as a customer.
