SHIPPING

NÓVU Delivers worldwide, meaning no matter where you are you can still enjoy NÓVU products. 

Shipping lead times provided are estimates and are applicable only after the order has been fulfilled and processed for shipping. Please note that processing times before fulfilment may vary, and shipping times are only valid once the order has been fulfilled and shipped.

For specific shipping lead time estimates, we recommend checking the product description, as these times may vary from product to product. We aim to fulfil and process orders as efficiently as possible, and the estimated shipping lead times are meant to provide you with an expectation of when your order may arrive.

EXCEPTIONS

During high season, sale periods, Black Friday & Cyber week, and holiday periods, shipping times may be extended. Please refer to the shipping estimates stated in the product information.

Shipping times will only apply once an order is processed.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges will be calculated and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process. This table indicates the applicable charges / how charges are calculated for the different delivery methods. All amounts are stated in GBP and are inclusive of VAT. Delivery method Charges:

UK

FREE UK SHIPPING - orders over £120.00

£4.10 Standard shipping 2-5 Business Days (orders before 4pm Mon-Fri).

£7.00 First Class Shipping 1-2 Business Days (orders before 3pm Mon-Fri).

£12.00 Saturday Delivery (orders before 3pm Monday - Friday).

Estimated arrival 2-12 working days once shipped.

 

IMPORT DUTY AND VAT

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional fees such as Duty or VAT. Customs in the destination country will charge these fees upon import. The customer is fully responsible for covering the costs associated with Duty, taxes, and VAT.

As the merchant, we bear no responsibility for the payment of duty, import tax, or VAT. If these fees are not paid, customs may take the necessary steps, including the potential destruction of the parcel. Please note that no refund or exchange can be offered if the customer refuses to pay these fees.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Customs Fees and Refusal Policy

Please note that refusal to pay customs fees may result in the destruction of the goods, leading to a total loss. In cases where the goods are returned to us, additional fees will be incurred from customs and the carrier. While we will handle these fees on your behalf, they will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for covering any customs-related charges.

This delivery policy gives details of the delivery methods, delivery periods and delivery charges that apply to any orders for our products made through our website. This policy is a legally binding document, and forms part of the contract of sale between you and us made under our terms and conditions of sale. Please note; our garments are handcrafted therefore we do not offer refunds on pre ordered items. Pre ordered items may be swapped/exchanged.

PRE ORDER ITEMS.

Please allow up to 21 working days for pre order items. In some cases, pre order items will be delivered quicker.

Items that are not pre order will be shipped with 1-2 working days.

SALE ITEMS
Items purchased in a sale period or at a reduced sale price are final. Cash refunds are not eligible for items purchased at sale price. Store credit will be issued for returned goods. Purchasing a sale item(s) is an acknowledgment of these terms.

DELIVERY PERIODS

We are full operational Monday - Friday year round with the exception of bank holidays. Orders placed during a bank holiday or weekend will be processed on the next available business day.

 

STORE CREDIT

Store credit must be used within 12 weeks of the issue date. Store credit will expire after 12 weeks and any attempt to use the credit will be void.

COVID-19

We acknowledge we are all experiencing unprecedented times during the COVID-19 pandemic, both us as a business and you as a customer. In the case in which you may have to quarantine and cannot leave the house to return your order, we request that you contact us directly within the 14 day return period at sales@novucollection.com to inform us of your situation and that you return will be late. We do not accept items that are returned to us late due to quarantining without prior notice. This policy is to protect both us as a business and you as a customer.
