EXCEPTIONS

During high season, sale periods, Black Friday & Cyber week, and holiday periods, shipping times may be extended. Please refer to the shipping estimates stated in the product information.

Shipping times will only apply once an order is processed.

Royal Mail Standard shipping £3.99 (order before 4pm weekdays) 2-5 business days.

Royal Mail First Class Shipping £6.00 (order before 4pm weekdays) 1-2 business days.

Saturday special delivery £12.00 (order before 5pm Friday)

MISSING PARCELS

Please be aware, we have extended practises in place to protect both our customer and our business. Once your parcel is fulfilled and handed to the courier, it is the full responsibility of the courier to deliver your parcel safely and securely.

To protect you, we have measures in place to prevent your parcel going missing. 

BANK HOLIDAYS

During bank holiday periods, your order will be processed and shipping on the next available business day. For example, if there is a bank holiday week on a Friday - Monday, your order will be processed and shipped on the Tuesday.

PRE ORDER

If an item is pre order, it will be stated in the product description, with an estimated shipping date. If you order multiple items, that include both available items & pre order, your order will be fulfilled and shipped together when the pre order items have arrived into stock.

INTERNATIONAL

In the event when you are not available to receive your parcel at your given address, there will NOT be an option to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. Instead, you will be given the option to have your parcel delivered to an authorised pick up point. If you select this option, the parcel in question is the full responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels that are requests to be delivered to a service point or to be left in a safe place by a customer.

Alternatively, you can arrange for your parcel to be reattempted another day. Please note, DHL will only attempt to deliver you parcel on 2 occasions. If both delivery attempt fail, your parcel will be destroyed and cannot be refunded or replaced. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - CUSTOMS & IMPORT

International orders placed outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to custom charges / taxes. These charges are tariffs that are legislated by the country in which you are importing into and by law must be paid to customs. In the event of this happening, you will receive an invoice for customs and taxes from the courier or customs. These fees must be paid directly to the courier or customs in order for your consignment to be cleared and processed.

We do not cover or take responsibility for the cost of import fees currently. By ordering you acknowledge these terms and we cannot be held accountable for these fees. If you refuse a consignment, the goods will be destroyed. No refund or replacement will be issued.

REFUSAL TO PAY CUSTOMS

Refusal to pay custom fees may result in a total loss if the goods are destroyed. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay import duty and fees. In the case where the goods a returned back to us, fees will be incurred from customs and the carrier. We bare no responsibility for the fees, and they will be covered by us on your behalf. These fees will be deducted from your refund. 

FAILED TO DELIVER

If a delivery is missed, the courier will make several attempts to deliver your parcel. You can use the tracking information provided to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. If multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful and the customer does not arrange for redelivery, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, a returns fee will be deducted from your refund.
